Who we are
history
Topcare Building Maintenance was founded in Burnaby, BC by Grace Quandahor, a cleaning industry professional with over seven years of hands-on experience across commercial and strata properties in Greater Vancouver.
From the beginning, Topcare was built around a straightforward idea: that businesses and property managers deserve a cleaning service that runs itself, one with real systems, clear communication, and a consistent standard that doesn't require constant oversight.
Today, we serve offices, strata buildings,
medical clinics, and commercial spaces across Greater Vancouver, with a team
trained to maintain the same quality
on every visit, for every client.
